Turned Out To Be A Great Day
I just wanted to reach out and express deeply how impressed I am with the service department at Tifton Harley. My son and I were riding back home to FL from GA and my bike broke down at 9pm at night. We stayed in a hotel and made calls in the morning. I finally bit the bullet and called Tifton Harley. I explained my problem and the gentleman on the phone said he would get their pickup guy out asap. For the life of me, not even ten minutes passed and the driver showed up. And off we went. When we get there, I was welcomed in like I came to the family reunion. It was great but you can't help to think, "I'm getting roped in." In what may have been an hour, I look up and my bike was sitting out front. I stepped to the counter, waited for the guy there to finish his call, and asked if its fixed. He said, "You're all set" and told me what they did. I said, "Ok, what's my damage?" When he told me the price, I was blown away. It was nothing near as high as I would have expected for a dealership. I thanked them and expressed my appreciation, and called my son to come meet me so we could hit the road. This is the funny part. My son calls me back to tell me his bike won't start, nothing...dead in the water. The guys at the counter got a good laugh with me and they called Buddy to go get him. They brought hit in and got him all fixed up too. I know this is a short version of our day, but it was a great day to what could have been a nightmare. I just want to thank each and every one in that department for their work, customer service and the extension of family feelings they have shown. Thank you to Jeremy Hill, Jeff Roach, Jacob Redd, Mike Moore, Pat Whitehead, David Smith and "my man" Buddy Stone. Tifton Harley-Davidson, keep doing what you do!
